Actually, some professional skills they accumulated before are usually in vain, whereas working skills they gained are still important such as how to deal with the interpersonal relationship with coworkers, and how to work under huge pressure. Once they can study hard to grasp enough professional knowledge in the new field, they still can readily achieve what they want in their new careers.
To sum up, a considerable proportion of young people who begin to work in a new company or a new area are driven by the high payment. Meanwhile, this trend is undoubtedly beneficial for the development of our society.
